Intelligent VR Game Assignment

The Problem

Our VR customers needed a way to assign games based on the first game selected in any given time slot. Without this feature they offer less choice to fewer players, resulting in a decrease of the average number of players per game.

The Solution

We created an intelligent VR game decision engine to assign only available games based on the first game selected at any given time. Enabling more public vs private gaming opportunities for your guests to create bigger, better experiences and make new friends to game with!

Let’s say you have one room with a variety of games available, each accommodating a different number of players. Our three games are Zombie Outbreak, VR Archery, and VR Racing Simulator. If a booking is made for 3 customers to play Zombie Outbreak from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, then no other games can be booked during that slot.

However, since Zombie Outbreak allows for up to 8 players, you can still book an additional 5 customers for that game during the same time slot. This way, you maximise your revenue potential without missing out.
