We work to monthly sprint cycles, meaning new features are added monthly, with the odd exception where we may adjust to a two month cycle for larger product updates.

Nope, BookNow Software is hardware agnostic so will work on any hardware – all you need is an internet connection.
Support Questions
We offer standard weekday support, with 24/7, 364 day support for business critical issues. Our support team are based at our HQ in the UK.
Yes, we have a support centre for customers which is full of walkthrough guides to ensure you get the most out of the software.
We have two types of implementation, full implementation where we do it all for you, or self implementation where we work with you to implement the solution.
Customers get 8 hours of training on BookNow, and the option to purchase more if required, but we find 8 is perfect.
