Gravity Force opened its doors on the 5th of June 2014 as one of the UK’s first fully featured trampoline parks. Transforming what was once an industrial warehouse into a trampoline filled play area for participants of all ages.

The idea is simple. Bring people together, get active, get fit and have a ton of fun while doing so. Whether you’re flying across main court, diving into a giant foam pit, playing an intense game of dodgeball warfare, breaking new ground in one of the fitness classes or competing with your friends to see who can land the smoothest dunk – Gravity Force can be enjoyed by everyone.

The Problem

Gravity Force were previously working with an ‘off the shelf’ product that wasn’t dynamic enough to cater to their rapidly growing operational needs. They wanted something that they were in full control of and to support that a development team that could provide the resource to get changes and improvements needed made quickly.

The customer side of the previous booking system was over complicated and would often cause a lot of system and user errors causing a loss of digital sales. Gravity Force wanted to streamline this process.

The Solution

The BookNow online booking system was easy to use with a different user experience based on if the person was booking via the website, front of house or bookings team rather than a one size fits all solution.

BookNow allowed for a streamlined check in process for front of house to reduce queues by defaulting the check in page to show all bookings in a user friendly list for the current hour with multi-search functionality and a simple check in button. This all lead to a more efficient operation at Gravity Force, with a faster check in and less staff time on booking customers in.
